Bank of India (BOI) has released an official notification (Project No. 2025-26/02) for the engagement of 400 Apprentice trainees under the Apprentices Act, 1961. This one-year apprenticeship program offers graduates practical exposure to the banking sector.
“The role involves on-the-job training in various Bank of India branches across the country, assisting with daily operations like customer service, account opening, and documentation. This is a contractual training position and not a permanent job.“

A total of 400 apprentice vacancies are available across different states and zones in India
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. The graduation must have been completed between April 1, 2021, and December 1, 2025.

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly stipend of ₹13,000 for the one-year training period. This includes the bank’s contribution and a government subsidy. No other allowances or benefits (like HRA, DA, medical) are applicable.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of two stages

| A 90-minute test with 100 questions (100 marks) covering General/Financial Awareness, English Language (qualifying), Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge. | A proficiency test for candidates who do not have a 10th or 12th mark sheet/certificate showing they studied the local language of the applied state. |

Application Instructions
Candidates must first register as a student on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal and obtain an enrollment ID.
- Visit the official Bank of India careers page bankofindia.bank.in/career/recruitment-notice and find the relevant apprentice recruitment notice.
- Apply for the Bank of India apprenticeship through the NATS portal link.
- Upon receiving an email from BFSI SSC, complete the final application form and pay the application fee online (₹400 for PwBD, ₹600 for SC/ST/Women, and ₹800 for others, plus GST).
- Print the final submitted application form and payment receipt for future reference
