The Latur District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. (LDCCB) has released a official recruitment notification for the year 2025–26. This drive aims to fill various permanent positions within the bank’s branches across the Latur district.
Vacancies:
A total of 375 vacancies have been announced:
- Clerk (Lipik/Lekhanik): 250 posts.
- Peon (Sub Grade/Multipurpose Support Staff): 115 posts.
- Vehicle Driver: 10 posts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Clerk: Graduation in any stream with at least 60% marks. Candidates must have an MS-CIT or equivalent 90-day computer course certificate (exempted if holding a computer degree/diploma).
- Peon/Driver: 12th standard (HSC) pass with at least 60% marks.
- Driver Specific: Must hold a valid LMV driving license and a clean driving record.
- General Requirements: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Marathi is mandatory for all posts. A 70% reservation exists for original residents of the Latur district.
Age Limits and Relaxations (As of November 30, 2025):
- Clerk: 21 to 30 years.
- Peon & Driver: 19 to 28 years.
- Relaxations: Age relaxations apply as per Maharashtra Government rules.
Salary and Benefits:
- Clerk Pay Scale: ₹410–2080 (Basic) plus DA and other allowances after a one-year probation period.
- Peon Pay Scale: ₹310–1530 plus allowances.
- Driver Pay Scale: ₹320–1540 plus allowances.
- Bond: Selected candidates are required to sign a 3-year service bond.
Selection Process:
- Online Written Exam: 90 questions (90 minutes) covering subjects like Banking, General Knowledge, English/Marathi, and Reasoning.
- Interview: A 10-mark oral interview for shortlisted candidates.
- Document Verification & Medical Exam: Final verification of eligibility and fitness.
