Organization: National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Navratna CPSE.
Post Name: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET).
Total Vacancies: 110 posts.
Discipline-wise Breakdown:
- Mechanical: 59 posts.
- Electrical: 27 posts.
- Chemical: 24 posts.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in relevant disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
Minimum Marks: 65% aggregate for UR/EWS/OBC (NCL) and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.
Final-Year Students: Eligible to apply if they complete their degree with the required marks before the personal interview.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have qualified the GATE 2025 examination in the relevant discipline.

Age Limits and Relaxations

Upper Age Limit: 30 years as of January 22, 2026.
Relaxations:
- SC/ST: 5 years (up to 35 years).
- OBC (NCL): 3 years (up to 33 years).
- PwBD: Up to 10–15 years depending on the category.

Salary and Benefits

Training Period (1 Year): Pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 with a starting basic pay of ₹40,000.
On Absorption: Promoted to Assistant Manager (E1 Grade) in the pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000.
Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), perquisites under cafeteria approach, HRA, medical facilities, and performance-related pay (PRP).

Selection Process

GATE 2025 Score: Initial shortlisting based on GATE 2025 marks in a 1:10 ratio per discipline.
Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
Final Merit Weightage: 90% weightage to GATE 2025 marks and 10% to Personal Interview.
