Eligibility Criteria
Education: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in the relevant discipline from a recognized University/IIT/NIT with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant industrial sector.
Corporate Exposure: Candidates from the private sector must demonstrate a current CTC of at least ₹22.82 Lakhs per annum.
Age Limits and Relaxations
Upper Age Limit:38 Years (as of February 2, 2026).
Relaxations:
SC/ST: 5 years relaxation.
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation.
PwBD: 10 years relaxation.
Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India guidelines.
Salary and Benefits
Pay Scale:₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 (E03 Grade).
Total CTC: Approximately ₹24.50 Lakhs per annum (including perks).
Perks: Industrial DA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Leave Encashment, Medical Facilities for family, and Performance Related Pay (PRP).
Selection Process
